ShaleMart.com Product Return and Credit Policy
ShaleMart.com is committed to providing our customers with a highly effective advertising media that is designed specifically to meet the needs of today‘s consumers. However, there are times when an error is made or a miscommunication develops regarding our media. For that reason we are enclosing a copy of our credit policy. Before issuing any credit, we ask, “HOW WILL THE ERROR AFFECT CALL RESPONSE?”
1. DIGITAL PHOTOS
Please make sure that when a photo is submitted for a publication, that the photo is adjusted for lightness or darkness and clarity before you save your image. It is best to save your photo at 266 dpi (resolution) RGB in a .JPG format.
ShaleMart.com magazines are printed on a high speed web press at 12,000 copies per hour. Because of the speed of this process, there are times when photographs or logos will appear lighter or darker than others as the ink is adjusted. We cannot accept any responsibility for these changes as they are out of our control.
3. DIGITAL AD SUBMISSION
Electronic ads are intended to be "Camera Ready" ads. This means that the ad should be fully completed once submitted and should not require any manipulation on the part of ShaleMart.com. The electronic ad will be output as supplied. We will not be responsible for errors in ads supplied electronically. ShaleMart.com will not be responsible for the outcome of ads or graphics submitted in any other way than described. ShaleMart.com is not responsible for the outcome of your colors if the colors were not created using INTERCO PRINT COLOR CHART. To obtain a chart, contact your Sales Representative. ShaleMart.com is not responsible for the outcome of ads submitted as a PDF that did not use the standard SWOP settings for CMYK commercial printing. EBOOK links with supplied PDF files will not be guaranteed to link since the creation of the page is out of our control. If an ad is not created the correct size that was to be ordered, ShaleMart.com cannot guarantee the outcome of the printed ad. Occasionally, the ad may have to be reduced, enlarged or floated in the space ordered. If there are any technical questions or concerns, you should contact your sales representative for further information.
4. Typographical errors
ShaleMart.com does its best to proofread all copy submitted. However, there are times when copy is submitted is hand written or illegible. It is very important to view your proof.
5. Approve Advertisment
If your Ad is not approved to run in the current issue, ShaleMart.com will run your last issue ad.
Credit will be issued only the block space in which the error occurred.
We will not issue credit for any advertising that is correct, but adjacent to an error.
Checking your proof ensures the accuracy of your advertising.

Wrong Picture over copy
Wrong company phone number
2. Half Block Credit
Wrong salesperson name or number
Misspelling of company name typed by SHALEMART.COM
Misspelled Street address or wrong Open House time or date typed by SHALEMART.COM
Wrong Phone number in display ad when there are no listings typed by SHALEMART.COM
Wrong page order or reversed pages (only when call response is affected.)
3. No Credit
Misspelled words in copy
Errors or omissions on the index page
Poor photo quality provided to SHALEMART.COM
Incorrect or poor quality of digital ad submitted
A proof was provided of your page
Errors on the EBOOK site.
4. When a mistake occurs
Verify the error was submitted correctly (we can not be responsible for errors submitted to SHALEMART.COM or digital ad submission)
Verify that everything was submitted according to the SHALEMART.COM sub mission guidelines.
